House update

We're getting ready to lay down shingles this week and start on electrical and plumbing. Here's a few pics of the house to show the progress so far.
You can see the overall shape of the house now with all the sheathing down.
Mary's showing off the shelf we'll have in the living room. It wasn't in the original plan, but the truss makers decided to do their own thing and we ended up with shelf. It's kind of growing on us. We have big plans for it.

You can see we'll have plenty if room in our gee-roj. Bill built the landing and steps this week so its easier getting in and out of the garage.

While I was trying to read your blog Beth saw and is now demanding to see "Ham and Arry". The house looks great. Can't wait to see it in real life.

What a gorgeous house...who is your designer? Who is your builder? They are way cool...and who is that cute girl sitting on a shelf? Must be a china doll that is very, very valuable!

This is a beautiful house. I bet you are glad to have the roof on so that you do not have to shovel snow any more.

Is that dry wall behind Sam in the garage?

The furniture is also very nice. It will fit the house wonderfully.

Congratulations on the home and the furniture and the superbly trained K9
